Beautiful Plot in Raspay with Great Views and Mature Almond Trees

Beautiful plot of land for sale of 9,973 square metres. With good access road, great panoramic views and within walking distance of the quiet but pretty village of Raspay. The plot is planted with mature almond trees. The plot as it stands cannot be built upon as you need 20,000m2 to build in the area of Yecla. However, we have other plots that can be acquired and linked to this plot so that it can be built upon - ask us for more details. This plot is located approximately 12 mins outside the town of Pinoso and 2 mins from the village of Raspay - walking distance to the local bar/restaurant.
