Beautiful Plot with Great Views in Raspay, Murcia - 5011m2 for €9995

This beautiful plot of land for sale measures approximately 5,000m2. Access is via a track road, but the views are well worth the drive up. The plot offers great panoramic views and is within walking distance of the quiet but pretty village of Raspay. It is planted with mature almond and pine trees and sits at the base of the regional park. As it stands, the plot cannot be built upon as you need 20,000m2 to build in the area of Yecla. However, we have other plots that can be acquired and linked to this one to enable building - ask us for more details. This plot is located approximately 12 minutes outside the town of Pinoso and 5 minutes from the village of Raspay, making it walkable to the local bar/restaurant. There is no electricity at the plot, but we have competitive suppliers for solar systems who can provide a 5000 Watt system supplied and fitted for approximately €7,000. Water would require a deposit. We have been living and working in the area since 2004 and have an excellent network of contacts including architects, builders, and trades. We are here to help you every step of the way to designing and building your new dream home. We ensure that the entire process is smooth and hassle-free, giving you total peace of mind. With us, you are in safe hands. If you'd like to know more about this plot or our design and build services, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
