Elevated 6000m² Plot in Aspe with Incredible Valley Views - €59,995

This 6000m² plot is located approximately 7 minutes outside the town of Aspe, sitting on an elevated position with amazing views of the surrounding valley. Originally consisting of three houses owned by the same family, the site is now nothing more than a pile of rubble. However, the deeds still indicate three properties that could be reformed or rebuilt to take advantage of the incredible views. This is not a project for the fainthearted, as it does require a lot of work!
